Want a different color? 

  1. Select the item(s) you're sending back.
  2. If eligible, you'll be prompted to select a new size or color - do just that.
  3. We'll ship the new item(s) out to you right away.
  4. Print your pre-paid return label and mail back the original item.

Want a different style?

  1. Select the item(s) you're sending back and request a refund.
  2. Use your Instant Refund code (like a gift card) to buy any new item.
  3. Print your pre-paid return label and mail back the original item.
  4. Once received, we'll refund any remaining balance to your original method of payment.

Want a refund?

  1. Select the item(s) you're sending back and request a refund.
  2. You'll get an Instant Refund code, but you don't have to use it.
  3. Print your pre-paid return label and mail back the original item(s).
  4. Once received and processed, we'll refund the full balance back to your original method of payment.

International?

  1. Select the item(s) you're sending back and request a refund.
  2. Once you've completed all steps in the portal please ship your return back to us with the courier of your choice. At this time we do not offer exchanges on any international orders. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. Once received and processed, we'll refund the full balance back to your original method of payment.


Our policy.

FULL PRICED ITEMS: We accept unworn items in their original packaging (tags attached). We reserve the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page and any items marked FINAL SALE.
